Looks awesome!

Thanks Gil, 2” Cole’s castings, estimated build date of 1964-67
Congratulations, an excellent machine. I am curious how did the US customs treated you?
OMG Nick, that is fantastic !

Coming back to the US was easy, going into Canada was a pain and took about an hour.
Can't wait to see more of this Nick.....I think I was as excited as you where about you getting this one!

I will get plenty more pics, and videos eventually

Home now, just about 11 pm. Finished the trip off at 1100 miles/18 hrs drive time
That was a road trip Nick, I bet the family have great memories and are now bushed.

They had some sleep in the car, but I'm sure a bed is a lot better!
Here we are leaving the hotel this morning, and yes the engine spent the night in the room with us

The wooden box fit in the van with less than an inch to spare

This was also the perfect time to make the trip, as any earlier in the year we could have hit a snowstorm and if we waited another week, some of the roads may be under water from the melting snow... that was a ditch and corn field beyond the fence line

We had to stop in Rothsay, MN to see the big prairie chicken

And Alexandria to see Big Ole. We vacation near Alex every year and all through my childhood, I had to take my picture sitting on Big Ole's foot. He was blonde when I was younger, but recently had a re-paint
You have a lovely family Nick and they have a great Dad, making memories is what its all about.
Wonderful photos Nick and that park was a real find.
Well done Nick. The machining & finish of that Case is outstanding, congratulation. Great road trip too, thanks for the photos
I love all the photo's Nick (keep them coming) I know you sent me an e-mail about this some time back , but my computer "freezes" up so much I couldn't reply back then, my apologies for not getting back to you on here sooner, your boys are adorable & I can already see the resemblance to you in them. these little trips with the family will be life time memory's about their Dad & Mom for them...whether it be chasing down steam engines or whatever, they wont care as long as they get to spend time with you. Good on ya" Nick ! I am over the moon happy for you.
OMG Nick I want to come over for a play the Case engine is one of my all time favourites with those beautiful wheels,
What a great family adventure Nick.
Congratulations Again!
I guess I am going to have to come to MN and see it in person.
