I just took a peek at it. 
 
Comes with an ignition system
no stand... needs fabrication
no battery box

While it isn't quite complete it still appears as a bargain for the money.
From turning the flywheel by hand, I can say the compression is excellent.

Most of my machine tools and equipment are in storage until after we move.
