Bruce, how about this one from Bengs:
This "Danni" looks maybe closer to a Cretors
bore is 15 mm and stroke 18 mm
dia of the flywheel 80 mm - but you can also
make a solid one with 40 mm.
the set is milled all other materials raw.

Hi Bruce, Gage GA Graham Industries had a horizontal that is the only one I am aware of that could be used as a Cretors small enough to fit within your size requirements.

Bruce, here is another one that might fit the bill.

Built by George Britnell. Maybe you could talk him out of it?

George's engine would be lovely (all his creations are) but it appears to be high revving with a very high stall.

well no ,not a Popcorn wagon (yet) I was afraid I might have led some of you to that thought when I mentioned what type of small engine I was seeking.
here is a picture of the project so I can dispel some of the speculation out there  ;)

Keep in mind that George's engine is fairly new at this filming and not likely broken in yet. A good break-in and a small work load would likely allow for slower running. That said, you are aware that an engine with a .9" flywheel would need to be pretty will seasoned to run slowly.

I am aware.
My project would not do justice to a wonderfully presented rendition of a miniature model steam engine such as Georges 😔

I really like the Bengs engine Arnold presented, and would buy a ready to run model. Still looking...
