Columbus Day

• Just checked the tracking on an engine I've anxiously been waiting about a week for and it has arrived at my local post office just one mile away BUT it is after hours on Saturday, closed Sunday and Columbus day on Monday... guess I'll have to wait 3 more days for an engine right down the road...

  The mailman was slow getting here, must have been playing catch-up from yesterday
  
  Oddly though, they delivered an Amazon package to me yesterday... but it wasn't my usual postman. Must have to in order to keep Amazon's shipping promise and so they don't get behind. My local/small post office gets 3 or 4 pallets from Amazon every morning.

  Right, but this was a USPS truck that delivered on a day that they were closed
