Though I had great plans and even some photos and videos prepared, while also having been looking forward to it since first announced, I'll not be putting up a GPU table this year it seems.
Spent the last day and a half trying to get my cameras to successfully talk to my computer .... with no success. So many issues of what used to be easy and intuitive but now seemingly impossible. I'd give my eye teeth to be able to go back to a far simpler and more easily functioning operating system that didn't continuously try to capture your data and hold it ransom, while eliminating key editing and indexing functions.
Seems my choices at this point boil down to either blasting the brains out of my computer, or myself, or finding some eleven-year-old to solve all the issues for me and show me how it is supposed to be done!?!?
Sorry all, but guess for me the only recourse now is to try and "get over it" and get on with enjoying everyone else's tables!
That's a bummer. What kind of a camera / setup are you using?
So Sad to hear about your technology gremlins.
I'm going through the exact same thing this weekend. I normally shoot the pics and videos on
my camera, plug it in and load everything into the PC. Then load the videos to my You Tube.
Microsoft changed their system and came up with something new and I haven't figured it out yet.
My pictures loaded OK so that's all I can post this weekend. So I posted a few just to have a
table. Don't worry, we get it.
Sorry to see you fellows are having tech difficulties.
I always said this is what happens when they try to fix something that isn't broken.
