The Aermotor blades certainly look better than what ever the hell it is that someone at one time put on mine.
That blade looked almost as bad as the smoke stack someone
in Germany put on my nice, old engine. Some may like it,
but I didn't. Looks better after my efforts, but I'm not
done yet with it as I needs a topper. Once you are done,
you'll be happy to have the windmill with the Aermotor blade.
Mine is a keeper.

I wonder if there is a enough of a market to justify getting a original replica batch of these made up ?

I was thinking 3D printing in red would be a great idea, no need for paint. Would be simple for someone that knows what they’re doing and I would imagine through forums, facebook and ebay they could sell between a dozen to 2 dozen. A friend recently made these extensions for the ERTL Case model and sells them for $85/pair (that’s where I got the idea)

I think that is a good idea Nick (my Son has a 3d printer) I just wonder if most collectors would want a metal one exactly like the original . the guy that made my replica Empire swing seats could most likely make me up a few dozen of these as well , I just need a good original piece to copy.
I don’t think they would sell fast or be a big money maker, but I do think a dozen would be easy to sell... There are a lot of collectors/bidders on ebay that we don’t even know about. Metal would be better, just throwing out the idea of 3D printed for those that have access and skill in those areas.
Like this Bruce.
