Copper boiler build. Built this one a while ago just got around to finishing it . I guess its safe checked it at 80 PSI for two hours it didn't go flying off to the moon. Its heavy 24 pounds
well, it's certainly robust enough, great job on that Stewart 😉👍
Thanks Boss man got to practice on my soldering work a little more. I like pretty work
We all like "pretty work", but I'll take safe and solid over pretty most any day!
Looks to be a really nice large boiler Stewart .... what'ch planing on powering with it?
Don't know what Ill power with them just playing with um . Made four of these .Gonna put 150 PSI tomorrow if they don't go to Mars I thank they will be ok with a safety release at 40 PSI
safety first most DEFINITELY
A really nice boiler build, thanks for sharing.

150 PSI is an awful lot for an un-stayed boiler. Additionally, over-pressure can actually weaken one by distorting the copper.
As I recall, initial boiler tests run at twice the proposed working pressure. Subsequent tests (annual) use 1.5 times the working pressure.
Just my 2¢ worth....
