Anyone have a 3" - 3.5" diameter vertical boiler that is available and ready to ship. I need one ASAP.
Thanks,
Iran Ausley
Welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy our camraderie.
Now, as for a vertical boiler, I have a Marklin #8 vertical boiler,
dual voltage, that is just under 3 1/2 inches. It does heat up and
has all parts but the engine itself (unobtainable, it seems). If you,
or anyone else is interested, it could be up for sale or barter. I'm
in no rush. You can reply in this thread or PM me.

I found a couple of pix...
The engine has been removed - very very bad blow-by.
The boiler has the original patina with some scratches
and discoloration here and there but no dents or dings.
I do not have the original cord but I did make one that
works.

Hello Wayne,
Thanks for the reply,
Interesting boiler, I have never seen an electric fired one.
I should have mentioned it is for a Krick Victoria Steam Plant.

More importantly, it seems you need a non-electric boiler. One that
works by burning fuel of some sort to create the steam. Is that so?
Good Luck,
Wayne
I have a PMR vertical boiler, it is in excellent condition, black, 3 inch diameter, with a gas burner and tank. Would this be of interest? - Greg
That's a pretty fair response right off the bat I'd say 😊

Photos and basic specs of this boiler can be found on the PMR website, if you are interested I can post some photos here of mine, tomorrow. The diameter is actually 3 1/8 inches, these are robust and attractive boilers.
