Changing tie bars on Peco SM 32 points.

Hi,

It started with designing and making a more robust tie bar for Peco SM 32 points/switches. There we go I am now nearly bilingual.

Possibly multilingual I can do a passable imitation of Wenglish (English as it is spoken in Wales).
