I've ordered the new Mamod Stirling steam loco. Should be here about Wednesday, can't wait...  :)

Be interesting to read your review and thoughts of it. My only complaints from an athetics point of veiw is that it should have dome head allen bolts for the tanks, but this is a minor thing to correct. I'd like to know how it performs more.

You have to take price into account Jon. I don't expect Accucraft or roundhouse detail but I do expect good mechanical and build quality..... :)

I'm going to compare it with my RoundHouse Bertie because they both have slip eccentric forward and reverse, however, I ordered it last Friday and it has not yet arrived so we'll see  >:(
