OS live steam models are top of the line when it comes to build quality & functionality; it’s sad to see them going away. I have a 3.5” & a 4.75” coal fired scale models. I ran the 4.75” @ PA live steamers.

Here is my 3.5 inch gauge Mogul, modeled after the prototype of 1880 by the Porter Locomotive Works, Pittsburgh
I never fired this one & it’s factory built, it’s on display at our living room.
The Rocket is 4.75” gauge and is also factory built with the front removable weight to avoid slipping and it came with the $1500 ride-on car factory built by OS in Japan.
