A forever mystery - are we alone.

All very interesting and reminds me of the UFO craze in the 1960's.
We used to go outside and look into the night sky hoping to see one.

The military produced a report tilted, I believe, "Bluebook'.  Its
release(?) inspired a TV quasi documentary series.

Regarding high underwater speeds....Super cavitating torpedoes can
travel at, I've read, 250kph.  If a torpedo, why not a small submersible?

So, do UFO's exist?  The probability is high.  Are they extra-terrestrial
in origin?  Hmmmm.  Are they current-day terrestrial?  Hmmm.  Or, are
they terrestrials of a different, time?  Hmmmm.

And the big question, do they have any old steam engines in the attic!
