• This is a real easy conversion at least on a Easy-Go cart.
  
  
  
  There`s a splined shaft on the rear end and the other splined part in on the electric motor which ya have to cut off weld your sprocket too and put a couple set screws in.
  After gutting out where the batteries used to be ya gotta build a frame and platform for the motor, i used a 6.5 hp Predator.

• Thanks Nick, oh heck yea those six batteries are very expensive and they were all bad.
  Ya can buy a Predator engine for around a 100 bucks.
  I paid to much for the cart when i bought it as a electric so didn`t want to take a lose on it so this worked out good.

• Thanks Hero, nope the throttle linkage is simple on the Predators they provide all the connections for a cable.
  And the foot feet thing i made was pretty simple.

  Those predator engines look very much like a Honda GX clone, pretty good value for $100 and certainly a lot cheaper than a set of batteries!
