I love all kinds of cheeses, but if there were only one, it would have to be "plastic cheese" otherwise known as Kraft singles... I live off of grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm in charge of cooking  :D  Does that count? Is it even cheese? Do I get to pick a second cheese since it's not really cheese?
