I love all kinds of cheeses, but if there were only one, it would have to be "plastic cheese" otherwise known as Kraft singles... I live off of grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm in charge of cooking    Does that count? Is it even cheese? Do I get to pick a second cheese since it's not really cheese?

I would also choose "Kraft singles" as well , but I don't consider them the cheap brand, I've had the cheap kind before (that wont melt) no matter how hot your hamburger is. My wife likes pepperjack cheese. I gotta admit....I didn't think I'd be taking a "cheese quiz" at 6:38 in the morning.
