It's that time of year...

Fall is still a month off if that is what you are referring too here Nick, but I do love Fall, perhaps the most. I try to love each season in its turn, and do a fair job of it, but Fall is truly special in sooo many ways!
Deer season? or as an Aussie am I missing something

Jim, it is a comfortable time of year (climate wise) in most of the US, humidity starts to drop , cool evenings , before the crops are harvested & while the farmers cant get into the fields , many farm/tractor shows are held here.
Thanks guys appreciate the explanation. I do like how a lot of the states in the U.S have four distinct seasons. We pretty much have basically an 8 month summer and a 4 month winter and the change over between the two is quick.
That's why I love living in MN, we went from -40F to +40F in just 2 days this past winter!

I do love winter, but it sure does seem to last the longest of all the seasons.
-40F
I've never felt that temp ever.

And kudos to the person who invented A/C !!!!
Probably opening one of these in Minnesota
Most here have central air as we do get 2-3 months in the 80's-90's with very high humidity, but we just have a window shaker that came with the house... my wife made me put it in when we were trying to sleep and it was 94F (35C) in our bedroom
