Windows Movie Maker isn't an active Microsoft product, they stopped supporting / offering downloads since 2017.  If you find a download, be careful as it may have virus / spyware inside it.  That said, I did like it back in my Windows XP & Windows 7 days.

Now it is ClipChamp - which you can download from the Microsoft Store App for Windows 10 & 11.  Though I believe it is cloud base, so you'll I am pretty sure your videos will need to be on M$ OneDrive.  I have no idea if it is worth the trouble or not.

It was mentioned before Wondershare, I have it but haven't used it in ages (like in years).  I do remember liking it when I was making some personal home videos.
