I have been thinking about the fast short run and water from the piston at the beginning of the run may have been due to over filling the  water in the boiler leaving not enough room for steam, it ran perfect in the 2nd half of the video when the water level decreased....the engine has had more perfect runs since the video with less water so my fault to much water ...thats my theory anyway...Steve
