All those extra studs aside, i wonder why the builder have chosen to turn the crosshead around as well?
Your the first one to spot that Jan i have a tubal cain book and noticed that the cross head was the wrong way around it does not seem to make a difference unless thats why it knocks
so i really do not know the reason, judging by all the nuts and bolts i can only think he just wanted to be different or he had the plan upside down
