I had a chimney like that on my Empire B30 Paul , it was chewed up pretty bad by what I assume was a small vise grip , I had pretty good luck hammering it back into shape by using deep well sockets inserted inside the chimney while tapping the dents out and going to gradually larger sockets,  I finished up by inserting round stock in my lathe, sliding the chimney over it and forcing a roller bearing back & forth over the length, wasn't hard & didn't take that long & the results were worth the effort. 😉👍
