iPad and MOV files ? Posting or converting

I have an I pad and a iPhone.  I use them to take pictures of my steam projects and would like to post them on this forum. It appears that iPhone and iPad pictures and videos are MOV files Which I can’t transport to a post here. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
