I hope I'm not boring you with these "resto" video's
here is a Jensen #5 I received 2 days ago, it was in very neglected condition but had "good bones" I spent some time with it to turn it around.

here we have a Jensen #5 , that I received lately from E-bay , it came to me in neglected condition but had "good bones" and we brought it back to its former glory and then some, I riveted the boiler with the correct size escutcheon nickel plated brass pins set to Jensen Mfg. factory spacing ( I spent several hrs making a special collar clamping  jig for this process) this makes it possible to get the correct spacing each & every time. the firebox ,chimney support have been bead blasted & repainted appliance paint black. the cast base has also been bead blasted & repainted period correct Jensen blue & I added 2 functional oil cups. the sight glass has been rebuilt & the Safety valve has been made to be adjustable on the psi. the heater was/is in excellent condition. the cylinder on this model did not have any cracks (which is a rarity) it runs like new again.

While the rivets are not correct for the engine, they sure do make it look lot better    Awesome that you figured out an easy way to add them 👍

No , I have to make a separate one for the 3" boilers
