Whats the best method to bend 1/8" diameter pipe?
I have a pipe bender but its too big for this tube. I also have the bending springs but none fit??
Its for another Mamod restoration.
Thanks
I also have some 1/8" pipe to bend so I ordered a Microcosm small tubing bender off EBAY. This
Is the same tubing bender that Keith Appleton uses and recommends in his videos. I'm still waiting
for it to arrive in the post. When it does I'll let you know how it works. In the past I would simply anneal
The tubing and bend it carefully with my fingers but this doesn't allow for very tight bends.
What about this?https://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/small-tube-bender
The Microcosm pipe bender from eBay works well from my own hands on experience
I have one too, works fine for me

I use a brake cable from a bicycle for tight bends. But you have to put a drop of super glue on the end to stop the strands unravelling. It is good for 2 or 3 bends in different directions in one piece of tube. I just pull it out past the first bend, then make the next bend etc.
Chris.
I too have one of Jins benders. It works great on smaller tubing.
+1 for Dubro. All the pipes in my pictures are 1/8th.
+2 for Du-BRO, just use right size for pipe diameter.
