Pre lockdown I purchase a Stuart 10 H and boiler from TM
Engine is covered in oil and needs a good clean .
Tried it with air low pressure and the piston was in the right place and it self started.
There feels like no wear but cleaning may revel other wise

Burner i suspect to be a pressurised kerosene.

Boiler is copper 230 mm long and 92 mm Od walls about 1.8 mm thick
All fittings were removed easaly.
Firebox is 120 mm wide by 230 mm long ( excluding the chimney at back )
410 mm to chimney top.
Boiler has 6 water tubes and a Super heater
Firebox is assembled with brass screws and nuts and all undo,.
Bad bit is firebox Is asbestos lined

Been working 0n the boiler
Boiler is all brazed and silver soldered and fittings 26 tpi .
Removed boiler and removed asbestos lining
Inspect boiler and clean .paint firebox and reinstall boiler .
Hydraulic test to 150 psi Only one weep at the blowdown plug ( seal )
Steam test with SV set at 50 psi

Some progress has been made but shed time this week was limited due to 3 of the wifes
grandchildren staying here .
