I use this one in the basement, large enough capacity for steam engines and fairly quiet. US made and was only $20 from a friend that was moving 6 or 7 years ago 



And out in the barn I have one of these. A friend works for the county and found this (like new) and a generator at the landfill one day. They were taken there by the local police to be disposed of as they were found stolen and the owner must not have wanted them back? or already had them replaced? The friend said I could have them as he couldn't get them started... first thing I did was take the float bowl off and found abunch of oil in it, probably put in there for storage... cleaned that out, put new gas in and it started right up
