Too disgusted with all the pop rivets... I remember buying it, the pictures were very blurry and about 3" x 3"... took a chance, bad idea  :D

I watched the video again this afternoon.

The first thing that popped into my head was:

Every Day Should Be Flag Day!

The flag is supposed to be mounted to the front.
If I had the storage space... And the money... I'd have a few more engines.

Love the flag draped patriotic traction engine (no matter where the flag is located), I also really like the the flag Charlie posted 😀

The flag is supposed to be mounted to the front.

I was taught when flying a single flag on a vehicle that it should be on the right hand side, front or back. If two flags, they must be same size/height/angle on each side.

It would look neat on the front but the smokebox door gets far too hot (the eagles solder has melted) and the stack is a working stack, so not possible.

Sign me up for Flag Day - a day late.
God Bless the United States of America,
the land of the free and the brave! The
country that most immigrants have as #1
on their list - I should know, they all
live around me, and that is what they tell
me, in spite of the turmoil we now experience.
