Rhydypenderyn at the Garden Railway Show 2021.
« on: July 01, 2021, 10:16:42 am »
Hi,

About 18 months ago we sold our 16 mm scale Rhydypenderyn model railway layout and the first time its new owners were to exhibit it was at The National Garden Railway Show which was held at the Arena in Peterborough last weekend.  My wife and I went along to help in setting up and knocking it down.  A bit of a video of the layout and a few of the others exhibited.  I particularly liked the stationary steam engine pumping water on I think one of the modular layouts.

We have built a new layout to replace Rhydypenderyn but when it will go to its first exhibition who knows?  Any offers?

Take care.

Tony.

After all this time it's great to have a model railway show. The layouts looked great - thanks for sharing.

I really enjoyed the video Tony.

It’s great to see the Rhydypenderyn Railway having a second life.
