I do think you need to slide the boiler back into place    may have slid forward in shipping?

The lathe is made by Prefo, I have a few boxed ones that I bought from Gil years back (both types of lathes and can't remember what else...) They have a base that was also sold to mount the tools on that's shown in your picture.

Unfortunately, I am away right now, so had to watch your video in silence, I will have to remember to come back and check it out.
