Not much you can do about the gear noise. I tried different oils to quiet them and all I got was very brief results and a mess to clean up.
I’ll have to run my 95s again and see how my throttle valves are. I don’t recall them leaking like yours does. A little lapping should fix you up though. They do make a fantastic whine when spooling up!

Not too many people can say my 95's (plural)   

I didn't know if a very light grease or even Vaseline would help? Guess if they all do it, I'll leave mine alone and not have the mess to clean...

Yes mine really leaks, but the heater has no trouble keeping steam up
