You gotta quit showing me all these PM engines! Really should have bought some of them over the years...

What did you use for a belt?

is there a ready available small basic chuff pot on the market? I don't need big volume, just maybe a slight enhancement...

Go to an antique or thrift shop and look for cheap brass vases made in India. I picked up a half a dozen for like $10

That one Gil hooked me up with and my PM Research #7 came from John Loughner, I wish I'd bought a heap more things than I did from John now. I got my Stuart #504 boiler from him as well.

Belt is from PMR, used the rubbery shiny side down. Glued with superglue and used the hint that was posted here to rub it over and over and break the hard spot, worked well and will soften more I think.
