Thank you Wayne.

There was no scaling / lime deposits to be found.  Inside the tank was amazing clean as was the the engine apparatus.  It was 100% used a bit, since there was carbon on the bottom (from the flame).  Also it had quite a bit of string wrapped around the shaft on the pulley side - so someone had ran it with an accessory during its lifetime.  So someone played with it, took care of it and likely was important to them.

Now she is a self queen (I updated my 1st post with a photo after I did a little paint work on it).

Edit:
After my video, I used a little Teflon tape on the Whistle & Throttle screws.  That completely stopped the leaky/bubbly whistle & throttle and gave me a little bit more power.  Actually, I had to keep a eye on the pressure valve as it started to bubble - so that is telling me I am getting pretty close to max pressure.

I think the piston is suppose to have a brass facade / plate.  Or at least it is grooved like one could be snapped on?  Maybe one day I'll find an original burner or a #1 with its burner.  I am guessing its base is a little larger in diameter, as my #17 burner base seems a little small.

I am also getting early Weeden whistle from my brother, we think it has a whistle cap that I could transplant to the #2's whistle.  If that works, I'll post a photo of it.
