Well Bruce when looking at the pictures and videos of the Pioneer and comparing it to my Weeden over types fly wheels, it bigger than their's.                       
 I have a fly wheel from a Peerless that looks like the right diameter and thickness, just the wrong spokes. There's six spokes and they're "S" curved.           
That being said it's 5 1/4" diameter and 7/16ths" thick at the rim.
