I am rather ready for some levity and fellowship with good friends over steam engines & the like. And YES...some crispy Bacon....lots of crispy bacon 😁👌
Some time back now I put some maple syrup in whilst frying the bacon....it elevates bacon to another level!

I believe that there are some companies that make Maple Cured Bacon, and as I recall, it is quite good.

We caught a couple of kilo's of prawns the other night, never tried wrapping a couple in bacon.
