• It fell off a shelf, then was given to me.
  
  I've re-installed and geared down the electric motor, fixed the paddlewheels, and made the false walking beam move.

• That's a good looking model - will be interested to see if it does float when you get finished (I'd bet that it will after all your work)!

• Not yet. Too much spring lawn/garden work. Spring is short around here, so it takes a lot of time...
