Hi,
Last weekend my wife and I visited Abbey Pumping Station and Steam Toys in Action. Alas, I have a chest infection so couldn't stay in the thick atmosphere of the exhibits hall very long, so I didn't take much video there.
https://youtu.be/FqLYPq_dgP4I hope you enjoy the video even with out too many models.
Take care Tony.
A very nice video Tony, thanks for taking the time to make it for us. I'm always amazed that those wonderful pumping stations survived the war, I would have though those might have been a prime target.
GREAT STUFF there Tony, thanks for taking us along!
Hoping that you are on the mend and well on the way to good health again!!!
Thank You Tony! It seems like there is never enough footage taken at STIA and very surprising how many members in the UK miss out on such a special event… they don’t know how lucky they are to have something so close to them!
Hi Nick,

I couldn't agree more. A good day out for only £4 an adult! And the train rides I think were only 50p (half a £1), and the catering was equally reasonable. I believe they had between 400 and 500 adult visitors during the midday to 4.30 pm opening.
Take care Tony.
Thanks for sharing your visit to STIA.
It's a real treat for certain!
