PM Research offers Red Wing scale model kits of Hit & Miss engines, including unmachined castings and bar stock with plans. Unfortunately they cost about twice as much as Jin's Microcosm M90 complete and look to take a whole lot of difficult machining to finish.

Actually Nick .... the point I was trying to make was, what an absolute bargain Jin's little Hit & Miss engine really is!

Well... it's a bargain for now... until it causes an addiction with scale hit & miss engines and I end up with more  :D

And you WILL end up with more! My wife reminds me of the time i said i just wanted ONE model hit/miss engine to take to shows- I currently have 18, half of which i have built with no prior machining skills. You assuredly have the addiction Nick!
