Quite right, Dave. The plug and cord you see is only for 120 volts.
We have no standard plugs like you see here with 220 to 240 volts available.
It would require using an electric clothes dryer cord and plug.

For now I will test it on 120 volts to see if that will provide enough heat for demonstrations.
I tested the safety with water pressure and it lets go at 50-60 psi.
