As i see it
Clearly it is a misleading add but to my opinion photos are part of the add so therefore it is buyers responsibility
To study photos .
I am sure most off us have made a dodgy purchase at some point but at the end of the day no one makes us do the buy now / bid / or put in an offer . Caveat emptor .
You need to take responsibility for your actions .
We are all to quick to jump on dodgy sellers but your actions here put you in the dodgy buyer catergory .
Yes i do expect to get jumped on but at the end of the day I am a honorable buyer and seller .and I own my mistakes and live with them .
Cheers
Dennis
Not entirely off base in my opinion. The term "Buyer Beware" springs to mind. I've been burned a few times by letting my excitement rule my purchasing hand. But, I just chalk it up to a live-and-learn experience.
Chris, would you be so upset if you had made the same purchase, for the same reasons(excitement coupled with distraction) from a seller at a show? Would you immediately demand he cancel the sale? After handshakes and all?
