 This is a Juice Reducer for running electrically heated boilers. Jan (Classixs) took me under his wing and told me the exact components to purchase and when the arrived he drew a diagram and talked me through the building of it. I've had it and used it for years now and its been absolutely brilliant running 120v and 240v boilers.
