Now I have a much better understanding of Century old Weedens.

I have recently acquired a No. 8 and it seems a good candidate for restoration, or at least a partial restoration.
I would really love to see it run again.

It is missing a couple of bits, the weight and sight glass should be easy enough to get through Weedensteam.

I guess the most difficult piece to find will be the missing whistle.
If anyone has a lead on one I would be very very grateful.

OMG!  Where did you find a Number 8?  I have been looking for one since I started collecting. This is an Uber rare engine. Congratulations. 👏👏👏👏
