I sent off my Weeden No.103 @Paula, she kindly made all the missing hardware for the motor!  I also sent her my Weeden No.1 to use its parts as a template to recreate the missing bits for the No.103. 
  • Brass standoffs for brushes, though using screws to keep them in place on the insulator bracket.
  • 009" Phosphor Bronze brushes
  • New power terminals, thumbscrews and switch lever - all nickeled plated
  • Coiled wire from terminal to standoff.
  • Motor correctly wired in a straight series loop

I actually knew about that at one point, but seems it slipped my memory banks when I was viewing your post!?!?

It's interesting reading the history isn't it.

Ericsson was a total hero to me, a true genius of his times!!!
