I'm not sure if Fathers day is a worldwide phenom, but here in the US it is & I would like to extend a "Happy Fathers" day to all the dads out there and wish you a wonderful day 🤗👍
(Please tell your spouse that I give you permission to buy a steam toy) 😉

Hello Bruce,
have a great Father's Day. Here in Germany we have Father's Day already a few days behind us. I used to go hiking with my sons. The destination was a hut in the forest, where we then spent the day with other fathers and those who still want to be, with barbecue and beer. But, just like last year, this year this venture was cancelled because of Covid 19.

Good thing you reminded me, I haven't even received the steam engine from my sons yet. Must definitely complain.😂

Son and Grandson are coming to the Sunshine Coast today, last saw my son about 6 months ago, haven't seen grandson for over a year, looking forward to the visit now that we are vaccinated.

I hope you had a great day, Bruce. I spent the day with my family, went out and had some great food, and eagerly awaited the end of the eBay auction for the Jensen Big Power Plant today. I actually thought I had a chance at it, but how wrong I was… 😂

Had a great weekend Friday-Sunday down at a Steam Threshing Festival and got to play on a few full sized engines
