A pleasant run in the cool air of fall. That really gets my blood pumping and my thoughts racing. But currently the woodshed roof needs attending, and the woodshed itself need filling.
Ah Life ... it is what happens to you while you wish to be working on other plans. Heck I'm even missing a favorite shoot tomorrow to get the dang roof done before the cold front comes in tomorrow night. I've had an engine partially disassembled on the workbench for over a week, to the point I might even forget how to reassemble it, or what I even had it apart for?!?!
But taking a ride on your railroad has soothed my jangled nerves, calmed my angst and assuage my disappointments .... so thank you for the uplift of my sagging spirit!
