Will the Kangaroo attack people if they get to close?
How far away was the Kangaroo?

Its pretty hard to get close to one in the wild, but if they are cornered they will stand up on their tail and kick with their back legs,
they can kill a large dog easily. But by and large like all herbivores flight is their first choice.

Kind of reminds me of Clint Eastwood when he said "Ever notice how you come across somebody once in a while you shouldn't $%^$ with?" - you're a brave man Jim to get close enough to get a great picture like that.
