I just checked the tracking number for my Eachine hit & miss and it shows delivered yesterday... the problem is it was delivered to: "Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room DENVER, CO" and I live in Minnesota...
I called the 1-800 USPS number and after 10 minutes of automated messaging, I was told that the wait time to talk to a person is over an hour. Instead, I called my local postmaster and gave him the tracking number. He said they likely gave me the wrong tracking number as that one was supposed to go to Denver.
I have just emailed the seller, now the wait to see if they respond...
Reply from seller:
Dear friend, really sorry, the system has a little trouble and it uploaded the wrong tracking for you! We are contacting the US local office to find the right tracking number of your item, not to worry, it has been shipped and we will inform you when the tracking number of your item has been found, we believe soon!!
Best regards!
Something smells fishy...
I got through to an international post office number and the tracking number they provided only shows Denver, CO. No street address or name that they can see.
And I don't think I can file a claim with ebay until May 6th as that is what shows for the estimated delivery...
I threatened the seller with filing a claim through ebay and they quickly responded:
Just about 1 or 2 days my friend, the other tracking number was from a different order, the system has some error while it upload the tracking number to your PayPal account. We are really sorry for the issue. Your item is currently on the flight to USA and it will arrive to your country within 3 days!
Kindly sorry and best regards!
Looks like mine is on the same slow plane as Daniel's??
Have you not worked it out yet Nick .
Your plane it is on is powered by the offending “Hit an Miss “
Consequently very hit an miss as to whether it will ever arrive .
Good luck
Dennis
All of this frustration with all the emachine & AliExpress buyers just convinces me more to buy straight from the Jin eBay listings, I believe all those delivered In unusually short order with 0 issues. They're more money, but at least you'll get it.
I gave up on my Eachine a while ago and bought two of Jin's, one for me and one for my son and grandson to fight over - no more AliExpress in my future!
I've decided to let my order ride, just to see what ends up happening with it. It was paid through paypal, so I feel comfortable that I'll get all, or at least most of my money back in the end, so there is little down side in that regard.
My take on the situation is that the seller was selling items that they did not actually have in stock, which is not uncommon actually, figuring they could order them up at a moments notice, only to find that demand and pricing had rapidly increased and there was no "reserve" supply available. So now they are faced with awaiting delivery of the next production batch, that is almost certainly going to come in at a higher wholesale price point, if and when they are made and available again.
Perhaps my greatest "fear", is that the recent increase in demand and escalation in pricing, is going to make that next production batch be a rushed job, and lessen the quality being reported on these earlier engines.
Best case scenario is that I get one of these neat little engines for a little over $200 sometime in the not too distant future, like maybe a month or so from now. Worst case would be I don't get the engine and have to file for a refund, but to not ride out the order means I have to file anyway, only sooner, so I'll just bide my time for now. Of course the other possibility is that the plane it has been on for almost two weeks now, finally runs out of fuel and crashes in the ocean, sinking my little hit n miss engine, that never was, to the bottom of the sea.
Meanwhile, some other options are in play.
Still waiting here from Banggood.
They committed to a shipping deadline of April 18th, today. This was a while back. We'll see how it goes.

All of this just convinces me to pay the extra $$$ and order from Jin, although i am now going to wait for his new vertical engine to hit the market, as i prefer verticals.

More updates from the seller
And yes friend we already tell you that we will provide you the tracking number within the next 2 days, and you got it wrong, your package has to take more than one flights to arrive to USA, there are many transit points. If you don't feel like you could trust us with that, you don't even have to set a claim, we are willing to send you the refund right now if you want, that is how we work. Because there are some other customers in USA that also bought this item from us, so if you receive the refund we will deliver your item to them. We are really sorry for kept you waiting. We always do our best to give the customers the best service, hope you could understand for us.
Best regards!
No, I still want my engine that I paid for 12 days ago, I just don't understand why you cannot provide me with my tracking number now?
Its because the system uploaded the wrong tracking number for you, so the original tracking number of your item has been lost in the system, it will show up only when there is an update for your order. We have to wait for that from the carrier. Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards!
I do wish Jin was reading this and would chime in if he has any relation to this Eachine seller as they have more listed on ebay than he, himself does.
I do know it is much more reliable to buy direct from Jin, but I thought I would try my luck this once. I also do not like bidding on Jin's auctions as the bidder identity is set to private. I wish there was a way to buy direct from him...
Nick, I bought from the same seller. Mine landed in LA yeterday. It showed in the air since April 10. I'm curious to see if mine goes to "the wrong buyer" also. If so, I'll be dropping this order like a bad habit. I've left them alone, as I figured I'd get the same responses you got. When I initially asked for tracking 5 days after purchase I got the same answer as you did.
Next time, I guess I'll just take my chances with Jin's auctions. I wish he had a BIN too, I'd pay what the $350 they are going for to get a good engine in a reasonable amount of time.
This delivery has really been hit and miss for you Nick.
