I want to visit!
Curious, you wrote crayfish (lobster)… What size are we talking? The crayfish we catch and eat from the local creeks are like 2-3 inches long and the more you eat the hungrier you get because there isn’t much in them!
I know others call them crawdads. Lobsters are what we go to the restaurant for and cost $20-40/tail.
I love shrimp, which I believe is very similar to your prawn. Red Lobster (restaurant here) has “Endless Shrimp” for under $20 and we go there quite often, I think my record is 210 shrimp 😂
210 shrimp!!! Good effort, do you have to peel then Nick or are they already peeled?
Our marine crayfish (what you guys call lobsters, our don't have claws) can grow massive and are uber expensive in restaurants. There are daily limits to what you can catch -

Our native freshwater yabbies (what you guys call crayfish and they DO have claws ) can be found in freshwater rivers and farm dams, kids jobs are to catch them in there hundreds for yabbie boil ups -
