Hi,
I got myself a Schoenner Lipsia on E-bay, this model was made around 1900 for the Leipziger lehrmittel anstalt.
It arrived in a pretty bad state, just a bit worse than I hoped for:

Anyway, I found some time to restore this machine, the boiler was the biggest challenge, it had additional holes and the holes for the level glass were missing.

The end result is OK, unfortunately one of the previous owner had cut some holes in the wooden base for a drive belt, which are hard to fix.

The both (Schoenner) LLA Lipsia and the model 1900 side by side:

I did no test run the Lipsia due to the missing burner.
I want to make a replica burner, so I would really appreciate if one of you Lipsia owners would share some picture and sizes of the orginal burners out there.
Regards,
Maurice.
