For inspiration i´ve "stolen" this screenshot from Rog´s Temple of Steam website.
As Bruce says above, the steamdome is a pressfit, and any 3/16" copperpipe would fit in there, to make a very easily shaped outlet, should you prefer to have it lowered as on Rog´s here.
