Well i have had a couple of days off and thought I was making progress.
I had installed gaskets etc and had all the reversing gear installed and timed ??
Applied air and no joy not even any kick or any sign of life .
Thinking is my machining is crap .
Stripped all reversing off and thought ok i will go with single direction untill run in
Then try the reversing again . So here I am making new bits and had one 0f the
Idiots ( face palm ) moments
I realized why no life or kick in it .
Some idiot has drill and tapped cylinder drain cock holes and the drain cocks are not here yet .
And I have not blocked the holes up,
