I should have rung in sooner, I saw this post on the 8th just before I had to leave and didn't get to it until now.
My father was in the Army and fought in the pacific. All of my uncles, 7, fought in Europe. They all came home.
So many didn't.    We cannot forget their sacrifice, I know that I wouldn't want to go through it.
In the U.S. we had 9-11, that was bad enough. In Europe and England, it was every day.
Thank's Tony for the reminder. 
I'm thankful for the outcome. They truly were the greatest generation.
